HAPPPY MONDAY YOUNG WORLD,

In our growing picturesque world, we all crave quick fixes to our problems. our skin is no different!  our skin is fragile, so exposing it to harsh chemicals on top of our stressful lifestyles, crazy work schedules, my unusual sleeping patterns,  lack of a nutritional diet, pollution, harmful sun rays (UVA/UVB), excessive smoking, and drinking alcohol are all major factors that make our skin dull and dry.

This is where homemade beauty recipes come in handy as they are a natural alternative to cosmetic products! I’ll Break down my skin routine belowwww!

MORNING

After my morning meditation/workout, I like to drink a glass of water and glass of good old orange juice! as vitamin C is essential when attempting to brighten the skin! I then eat some oatmeal, while making some extra to put on thy face.

THE MASK:

  • 1/4 cup plain rolled oats
  • 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water

stir together until a paste is formed, then allow it to dry on your face before rinsing off with warm water!

NIGHT

At night I like to keep things a bit simpler! merely using a soap bar by M Soaps! I use the hemp oil and spearmint religiously!
